Warranty conditions
We thank you for choosing the products offered by "ELIT.EO" LLC.
Make sure that the products you choose will last for a long time if they are used properly. For installation and repair of the product, it is recommended to contact the service centers listed at www.elitoptimal.az/servis. Warranty service where a Warranty Card is presented is performed in case. Product defects during the warranty period it is removed free of charge by the service centers listed at www.elitoptimal.az/servis. The service center undertakes to repair the goods received from the buyer within 14 (fourteen) working days (Exception: when ordered spare parts are delayed, in cases of force majeure). Otherwise, the product will be replaced with a new one. Small household appliances (including vacuum cleaners) and TVs up to 43 inches are delivered by the buyer to the service center (if there is no service center in the regions, the buyer must bring the product to the store) and after the repair, the buyer hands over the product to the service center.
Attention! If the buyer applies to service centers other than the addresses indicated on www.elitoptimal.az/servis, the warranty is considered invalid.
The product is not guaranteed in the following cases:
- Violation of the rules of use, transportation, storage by the buyer;
- Mechanical damage;
- Periodic cleaning (cleaning of air conditioner, pump and filters, refrigerator, audio and video, etc.) and other cleaning works;
- Yellowing and spotting of flammable products;
- Remote controls, batteries, bags, hoses and hose heads (for vacuum cleaners) are not included in the warranty;
- Corrosion and electronic failures due to excessive humidity;
- Malfunctions caused by abnormal parameters of electricity, water and natural gas;
- Changes in product design, cable system connection without the knowledge of the Service center;
- Interference by unauthorized people;
- Malfunctions caused by natural disasters;
- Defects caused by the introduction of foreign objects, insects, rodents or substances into the product;
- Defects caused by improper or inappropriate installation at the request of the buyer;
- When the device is used in non-domestic conditions or for industrial purposes (offices, restaurants, laundries, etc.).
