Terms of use The products you order and pay for online (elitoptimal.az) are delivered to your address free of charge by our employees. (Payment at the door option is also available). Delivery and installation of all products purchased online (installable products) is provided by us free of charge. The customer must inform in advance about the cancellation of the order.

Changes must be made with the original box or packaging.

1. The consumer has the right to change the product within 14 days from the delivery of the product.

2. Replacement of the products that have lost their ability to be re-sold, cannot be purchased by another customer, and have been damaged by the customer, with their original box/packaging damaged, will not be accepted.

In order for a product to be exchanged by Elit Optimal, the product packaging and box appearance must be undamaged, the product must be in a new, resalable condition, and must not have been damaged by the customer. It is important that you submit the original invoice along with the product you wish to change.

When these documents and product/products are delivered by us, necessary controls are carried out. After those processes are completed, the amount will be paid to you. (In case of replacement with a new product, the product is delivered to the customer according to the delivery schedule by the warehouse staff based on the selected destination)

The customer must request a warranty card and a payment invoice when receiving the product. At the same time, Elit Optimal employees must present the warranty card and the invoice during delivery. (If the warranty card was not brought at the time of delivery, this should be recorded and the customer should receive the warranty card of the purchased product within the next day).

Installation is carried out by Elite Optimal and the duration varies according to the respective product and season.

Hygienic products have a special place among the issues that need to be paid attention to in connection with the return or exchange of certain products that you get from Elit Optimal.

This issue is regulated by the DECISION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN "On the list of goods that should not be exchanged in retail trade facilities in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan".

We would like to draw attention to clause 8 in the list of goods that should not be exchanged in retail trade facilities in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

8. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, curlers, etc.).

Once purchased from Elite Optimal stores or when ordering online, any product belonging to the following product categories cannot be exchanged or returned:

2. Air fan

3. Hair straightener

4. Hair curler

5. Face shaver

6. Trimmer

7. Hair clipper

8. Massage tool

9. Toothbrush

10. Headphone
